Job Position : Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description :

Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
•Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
•Expert in driving and managing C-level conversations
•Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how company offering/solution will speak to those needs.
•Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
•Work with the Sales leads to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
•Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
•Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards to be published to the leadership

Skills
•Exceptional communication skills
•Proven inside sales experience
•Experience in Leadership interaction and facilitation to understand the strategic objective and deliver accordingly
•Proven inside sales experience
•Track record of over-achieving quota
•Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
•Proficient with corporate productivity
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Strong listening and presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
•4-6 years’ experience in inside sales preferably analytics
•Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
•Multitasking and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
•MBA preferred from a premiere institute
