Job Position : GM - Service & Tech Development

Job Description :

Lead the development of the Criteria global service which enables communications, SaaS, IoT, cognitive/AI and AR apps to interact with innovative network technologies for end-to-end, application-integrated control, security and performance.
•Hands-on design and development of key components of Criteria’s globally distributed, real-time, five-nines availability, high transaction platform
•Lead an expert team of software developers and network engineers. Manage projects as a hands-on manager using technical, managerial and coaching skills to oversee and complete engineering projects.
•Provide guidance, mentoring and suggestions on accomplishing objectives to the software engineering team, advocating best practices in design, implementation and testing.
•Ensure efforts are aligned with the Criteria product vision.
•Develop applications on top of the Criteria platform
•Design and develop APIs and web services and integrate third party libraries and SDKs

Skills
•Recent startup and new product/service development experience as a full-time employee of the company selling the product or service
•7+ overall years of senior development experience with 3+ years building mission critical (99.999% uptime), distributed, high-transaction systems in C, C++ or Java
•Experience working in virtualized and public cloud, Linux-based IaaS and PaaS environments
•Microservice architecture expertise
