Job Position: General Manager – Commercial Leasing
Job Description:To head the marketing function of commercial & office space of the project.
•It consists of sale / lease of commercial & office space.
•He should have a proven track record of creating the destination.
•Marketing & sales of commercial properties to major clients with well networked globally.
•Initiating, Negotiating & executing corporate/ commercial meetings for business development with clients / IPC’s.
•Experience in documentation & preparation of commercials , LOI, Agreements, technical & RFP’s(Request For Proposals)
•Coordinating with Architects, Structural Engineers, Planning & design dept. & acting as a major link between client, IPC’s and company Project Team.
•Improving client company interface & smooth business process.
•Planning sales activities, Targets & analyzing competition by accessing & reviewing strategies.
•Representing the organization at major exhibitions/ conferences / seminars/ events.

•Knowledge of large format commercial real estate project, excellent communication & presentation skills, Strategic, Analytical, Organizational & personal sales skills also entrepreneurial skills.
•Should have worked with leading developers in Realty.
•Experience in selling / Leasing commercial space, IT parks, Large floor plate office space, Capable of handling MNC Clients, Knowledge of parking & Traffic management etc.
