Job Description:Excellent interpersonal skills to Liaison with internal or external stakeholders
•Willingness to overcome initial teething problems and comes out with solutions which fasten the business growth

•Exposure of handling international assignment independently

Responsibilities
•Candidate will be accountable for new entity/representative office readiness for the organization
•Candidate to work with business and comprehend the expansion plan and kick off all activities related to opening new geo
•Candidate to create a matured reports for approvals at Organization Board ,based on the pipeline and business needs
•Candidate should be able to create a plan of org’s expansion as per guidance from Business Leaders and Org Strategy
•Candidate to handle demand capacity alignment of resources, converting sales demand to operational plans
•Candidate should lead strategic initiatives and drive organization key imperatives amongst stakeholders
•Candidate is responsible for solutioning business model for new RFPs where organization presence is not available
•Candidate to get clarity on timeline, cost and legal obligations to open new branch/entity from respective country’
•Candidate to own & finish filing of ‘opening new office/entity/branch/license to operate’ from respective country’s’ authorities and capable of appointing & working with local Legal Partner/ representative
•Candidate should be able to create and submit detail report on various variables related to new country readiness vis-à-vis
