Job Position: HR Manager
 
Job Description:This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join HR Department of Company.
•The role will require the candidate to create an environment where people are inspired and empowered to maximize their potential, exceeding customer satisfaction and therefore meeting business performance.
•The incumbent will be supporting the circle HR activity and work closely with all stakeholders.
•The responsibility of role includes tactical delivery of a People Plan across all location within the circle, in the core HR disciplines of Resourcing, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Employment Relations.

Responsibilities
•HR Metrics and Dashboard & MIS.
•Payroll Management
•Legal/HR Compliance Handling
•Stakeholder Management - Provide expert HR knowledge and advice to leadership team for decision making.
•Employee Relations and Welfare - Be the first point of contact for any employee queries / grievances and be the face of HR within the circle.
•Be visible across all levels and reach out to ensure redressal of all people issues.
•Talent Acquisition – Support and manage the recruitment for circle office and locations; ensure adherence to Talent acquisition guideline, manage the recruitment and selection process, negotiate, roll out job offer and plan for induction / on-boarding.
•Ensure successful integration of new joining employees and support /partner in their early wins / success
•Performance Management and Talent Management – Identify people opportunities to improve business performance and support in identifying high performing talent, retention and their development plan.
•Inculcate a culture of performance and drive recognition plans to enhance productivity levels
•Employee Engagement – Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate forums to increase employee touch points, identify people challenges and take responsibility to assist as possible.

Skills
•MBA in HR
•Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in the field of HR
•Good understanding of MS Office – Word, Power point and Excel
•Project management skills
