Job Position: Assistant Manager - Transition
 
Job Description:Manage end to end transition projects
•Manage end to end change requests including impact assessment and implementation
•Participate in RFIs, RFPs, due diligence workshops, solution design and transition planning for various clients
•To work closely with the respective Geo BD teams and Operations Team in the Delivery Centers
•Map existing processes and systems and reengineer for outsourcing
•Will act as the single point of contact for clients as well as internal functions and stakeholders
•To effectively manage assumptions, risks and issues associated with the project
•Define governance structure and communication plan for project as well as BAU phase
•To publish a high level milestone plan and detailed project plan
•Lead project closure by capturing project learnings, undertaking post implementation financial analysis and obtaining client feedback

Experience
•Graduate with 5-8 years of experience
•MBA will be an added advantage
•Must have worked in the BPO / IT industry
•Must have at least 1.5 - 3 years of exposure in a role involving Transitions
•Good analytical skills and attention to detail
•Well versant with usage of Microsoft office tools such as word, excel, PowerPoint, MPP, Visio, etc
•Experience in compliant processes, work flows and systems
•Experience in sales support, RFI/ RFP, pricing, feasibility study, due diligence, transition management, change management, client engagement and consultancy
•Good understanding of various outsourcing & off shoring models.
•Excellent presentation and conversational ability
