Job Position: Technical Specialist-VOIP
 
Job Description:Strong Hands on experience on Cisco Unified Communication Manager
•Experience on Unity Connection
•Experience on Cisco UCCX troubleshooting & CISCO UCS is mandatory.
•Strong troubleshooting skills on Cisco IPT and applications like call logger, call billing servers.
•Experience on ARC console or Cisco Attendant Console.
•Voice Gateway H323/MGCP configuration and troubleshooting.
•Implementing IPT features like Extension Mobility, Pickup Group, Hunt Groups, Busy Lamp Field, Speed Dials.
•Bulk Administration Tool.
•Call Manager Express and Unity Express Administration tasks. Strong troubleshooting skills.
•Good Communication skills.
•Experience in handling international customers.

Responsibilities
•Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve technical queries of customer - High Sev Incidents, Major Changes, Change Scripting, Problem Management Tickets, RCA preparation, Understand product technology and prepare technical documentation, SOPs, Transitions of new tech, Deployment of servers , Attend conference calls with technical escalation points onsite.
•Customer/RCA reviews/High critical incidents conf calls.
•Knowledge Management: Assist team members in providing information and knowledge sharing, Train/Mentor the new hires in the team.
•Operations: Compliance to set Process, SLA & SLOs, Project/Program Guidelines, Participate in UAT for home-grown tools.
•Cisco Certification CCNA-Voice desired, CCVP will be added advantage.
