Job Position: HR Business Partner
 
Job Description:Work with Tea m Heads on the HR strategy and ensure that all such strategies and programs are properly implemented and in a timely manner
•Provide and implement strategic support on Talent Management and to help upscale talent that is critical to the business
•Assist in the development of employees through HR initiatives which focusses on mapping aspirations to opportunities internally available
•Dips stick checks and one-on-one interactions to gauge feedback/ pulse of the employee.
•To be in a better position to pre-empt high attrition cases and suggest ways to tackle the situation
•Create and share pertinent data/ reports with the Group Heads and/ or Unit Heads to equip them with relevant information and to enable them to the right decision
•Market intelligence with respect to what our competitors are offering to new hires
•Conduct and participate in internal forums such as 1-on-1’s, focus group discussions and E-SAT surveys to proactively gauge the people pulse and share feedback with the leadership team for appropriate intervention
•Implement strategies to manage High Potential employees, improve retention and manage employee relations/ morale
•Ability to engage with managers, enable and focus on their developments to build deeper client relationships
•Analyse people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement. Ensure appropriate controls are in place and managed effectively for all critical HR processes
•Consult and provide guidance to Team, Unit and Group Heads on multiple people initiatives such as employee career discussions, employee development, employee relations, performance management, employee salary reviews, managing difficult situations, managing marginal performers, talent deployment, leadership development, managing employee escalations & upskilling of new managers/ talent
•Responsible for the preparation, explanation and reinforcement of HR policies within the Firm.
•Participate in the development of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.
•Adapt, modify and update HR methodologies, practices and procedures
•Assist in global HR projects regarding policy making, system or processes implementation.
•Responsible for employee facing & communication related to corporate policy and procedures.
•Ability to identify needs and apply resources to create competitive and consistent programs & policies for the employees
•Resolve employee relations issues effectively; analyse and address the root cause and measure business impact of people practices and solutions implemented

Responsibilities
•Connect with all new hires to help them understand the culture at TSC, policies and systems
•Manage and update leave reports
•Resolve queries related to leave discrepancy
•Handle all queries related to employee issues and grievances raised and carry out investigations wherever necessary
•Respond to all HR helpdesk tickets raised with the group
•Partner and engage with the Group Heads, Unit Heads and Managers to understand their HR expectations and concerns
•Policy administration: ensure all policies are implemented effectively
•Assist in the development of employees through HR initiatives which focuses on mapping aspirations to opportunities available

•Focused groups to be held for all levels across the Firm
•Roll out HR initiatives to enhance employee motivation and reward staff for their outstanding efforts
•Provide feedback that can be highly significant for managerial decisions regarding people and culture
•Introduce, communicate and follow up on Reward & Recognition program
•On the floor interaction with staff (one hour a day)
•Provide assistance during the annual performance appraisal cycle
•Follow up on the self-assessment and time lines
•Participate in the appraisal team meetings and provide useful insights
•Manage and administer PIPs
•Communicate all policies and processes relating to the PMS
•Preparation and communication of mails to communicate increments, bonus and promotions
•Maintain and update employee master data
•Attrition analysis/ exit details/ leave management
•Provide data analysis/reports as and when required
•Conduct HR exit interviews
•Ensure closure to all exit activities on an employee’s LWD
•Conduct survey to gauge the efficiency of HR within the Firm
•Seek facts and share analysis of outcome

Skills
•MBA (HR) preferably from a reputed B-school with around 5- 7 years of relevant experience post qualification
•Experience of handling a minimum of 400+ employees as an HRBP
•Collaborate and develop relationships across a matrix organization and coach through complex, difficult issues
•Analyze and leverage data to influence business leadership on people strategy
•Leadership skills with hands-on delivery experience
•Understands and keeps update on various HR practices on a regular basis
•Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
