Job Position: Sr. Manager - Product & Proposition Marketing
 
Job Description:Develop compelling product propositions for company Cloud & Security services, tailored for key customer groups across enterprise, carrier, system integrator, media and cloud service provider segments
•Identify key customer segments and sweet spots for targeted marketing activity
•Plan and execute a calendar of product marketing activities focused on demand generation, sales enablement and awareness building to ensure that key products are kept front of mind with customers and prospects as well as internal sales teams
•Understand the network services portfolio and the positioning of the products and services within it and maintain clearly defined product and service positioning within the portfolio
•Maintain existing product marketing materials and keep them updated with latest product developments
•Work with key stakeholder teams across product management, sales, segment marketing and marketing communications to ensure that marketing and revenue objectives are achieved
•Take a hands on role in the production of a variety of product marketing materials and campaign assets (e.g. product data sheets, presentations, videos, web and social media content)

Skills
•Thorough understanding of IT and Telecommunications technology and trends (particularly networking services) and the role they play for business customers
•Preferred candidate to have experience in product marketing for Cloud & Security services
•At least 5 years of experience working in a product marketing role for an IT or telecommunications provider
•Demonstrable experience in development of value propositions.
•Must be able to demonstrate a structured methodology to proposition development.
•Able to translate technology features in to tangible customer benefits and demonstrable ability to look beyond technical features to position service and commercial benefits.
•An independent thinker, able to take leadership in proposition development collate often conflicting view across various stakeholder groups and develop clear and compelling propositions.
•Ability to write clear and concise briefs for external agencies for production of product marketing materials and comfortable with taking a hands on role in drafting copy outlines and reviewing draft content.
•Ability to work with a wide range of globally distributed stakeholders from different cultures.
•Comfortable working in a multinational organisation with teams distributed across geographies and time zones
•Excellent spoken and written English
