Job Position: Strategic Account Manager
Job Description:Development & execution of regional sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and order book (new business) targets
•Accountability for managing the 360° business relationship
•monthly sales results
•partnership activities
•‘C’ level / Executive contact plan
•Internal Interface / customer evangelist for Business Heads / Function Heads
•Manage the qualification of sales leads/ opportunities; Proposal Development/ Strategy; Engineering Solutions; Special Pricing; in conjunction with various departments.
•Work closely with cross functional teams to review progress & ensure follow through on sales leads, sales propositions, sales funnel, sales closure, project delivery, service operations, service management, billing, collections, contracts and service assurance.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as customers’ executive escalation point to multiple departments within company for regional issues (Billing, Pricing, Operations, Product Management, Collections, Tax, Legal etc.).
•Work closely with other departments to review progress & ensure follow through on revenue tracking, revenue assurance and reporting issues
•Develop and implement plans and processes to improve win/hit rates, revenue acquisition, and customer retention.
•Provide guidelines to product management to always ensure that responsive to changing market realities.
•Represent Company at industry trade shows, customer events, conferences, panels, speaker sessions and seminars

•BE / BTech required; MBA is a plus.
•At least 10 years’ experience in direct sales, positioning telecommunications & IT services to large enterprise customers in various industries like IT, ITeS, BFSI, Govt./ PSUs etc.
•In depth understanding of key market trends, business trends and customer dynamics.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally: must be able to resurrect, build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong Conflict management
•Sound Commercial Negotiation
•Excellent quantitative analysis skills, including market pricing, business cases, rev forecasting and commercial modeling.
