Case Study
Introduction: A new entrant in the Telecom sector was expanding in all the circles and it were looking for good administrators with a sound knowhow of the technical aspects of the telecom sector. The company required trained personnel who could manage operations in these new circles, primarily that of Jammu & Kashmir and Bihar.

Challenge: The challenge was that the candidates were not ready to make a shift from well-established brands to a relatively new brand and also, the location was a big concern.

We thought through and came up with an idea of hiring people from defense background (SSC or retired personnel) with a good technical knowledge of the telecommunication sector. We presented the idea to the client and they agreed to it and hired people from defense as Project Managers.

Result: The candidates who had joined as project managers just 2 years back are now heading the respective states and the company has gained a substantial amount of market share in the respective circles.
